This is a mock-up for a new minisite for Seattle Out and Proud’s yearly Pride Idol contest. The new layout plays up the fun/emotional aspect of the event. It also treats the sponsors respectfully by giving them a prominent roll on the homepage, rather than tucking them away in grayscale in the corner. Rainbow’s are difficult to use without having them come across like the 70s threw up all over… But I think using the colors and clean modern lines makes it work here.
